Trailing drawdown
The threshold follows your high-water mark. Every new equity high drags it up, and it never comes back down. Most futures evaluations work this way.
Odin reads the configuration of every funded account you connect and tracks its rules live, on the same screen as the chart and the DOM. Evaluation progress, drawdown headroom, daily-loss room — and lockouts that fire before your firm's do.
Which one your account uses changes where your floor actually sits. Odin models both, including the end-of-day case that is widely misexplained.
The threshold follows your high-water mark. Every new equity high drags it up, and it never comes back down. Most futures evaluations work this way.
The threshold trails too — but stops at your starting balance and never rises above it. Once you are profitable it is fixed. This is the rule most published guides get wrong.
The distinction matters most exactly when it is expensive. On an end-of-day account, once your threshold reaches the starting balance it stops moving — so profit above that point is not adding floor, and traders who assume it is will size as though they have room they do not have. Odin shows the live threshold, not the number in the rulebook.
Current P&L against the profit target, and what is left to reach funded status. Updated on every fill.
Distance from the threshold right now, recalculated as the threshold moves.
Trips when intraday P&L falls below the threshold you set. Choose lockout until tomorrow, or flatten all positions.
Trips when intraday P&L crosses your target upward — for the days when the discipline is stopping, not starting.
Cap closed round-trips per hour, day and week. Opens, partial scale-ins and unfilled orders do not count toward the cap.
Limits reset at each instrument's own session roll, not midnight. CME futures roll at 18:00 ET; Forex and CFD at 17:00 ET.
Set the rule once. Odin enforces it against you, which is the only time enforcement is worth anything.
Lock yourself out for a session window, a quick duration (1h, 4h, 24h), or a custom date and time.
An hourly cap unlocks at the top of the next hour, a daily cap tomorrow, a weekly cap next Monday.
Reducing orders pass through every lockout — manual, P&L breach or trade limit. You are never trapped in a position you cannot close.
Trade-limit counters sync from the Saga journal, so a weekly count stays accurate after a cache clear or a sign-in on a new device. Risk management and lockouts are an Odin Pro feature.
Odin reads the configuration attached to each connected account — starting balance, maximum drawdown, drawdown type and profit target — and tracks against those values rather than a generic default.
Trailing drawdown follows your high-water mark upward without limit and never falls back. End-of-day drawdown also trails, but stops once it reaches your starting balance and never rises above it — so once you are profitable, the threshold is fixed.
Yes. Reducing orders always pass through a lockout, whether it was manual, a P&L breach or a trade limit. Lockouts stop you opening risk, not exiting it.
No. Only closed round-trips count. Opens, partial scale-ins and unfilled limit or stop orders do not.
At each instrument's own trading session roll, not at midnight. CME futures roll at 18:00 ET; Forex and CFD at 17:00 ET.
No. Risk management and account lockouts are an Odin Pro feature at $29/month, included at no extra cost for TFeed customers.
Connect a funded account and see the live threshold, not the number in the rulebook.
